International meeting point for game meat: 10 and 11 November 2026
The II International Congress of Wild Game Gastronomy (CIGAC) was created to establish itself as the leading forum for debate, innovation and the promotion of game meat. It will take place on 10 and 11 November.
A meeting point where gastronomic tradition joins culinary innovation to highlight the value of natural products, sustainability, origin and excellence in the kitchen.
Following the success of its first edition, CIGAC once again brings together leading figures from the sector, from renowned Michelin-starred chefs to professionals from the fields of communication, research and hospitality, as well as the great professionals of the future, with the aim of analysing the present and defining the future of game cuisine.
Over two days of intense activity, the Congress becomes the ideal platform for sharing knowledge, discovering new techniques and promoting the consumption of a unique meat thanks to its quality, biodiversity and connection with the territory.

Location: Palace of the Counts of Valdeparaíso, in Almagro (Ciudad Real)

The Palace of Valdeparaíso, today owned by the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, belonged to the first Count of Valdeparaíso, Don Juan Francisco Gaona, who was Minister of Finance under King Ferdinand VI.
This nobleman restored the building in the 18th century, turning it into one of Almagro’s architectural jewels.
Currently, it houses VENARI, the world’s first International Centre for Wild Game Gastronomy, and this is where the second edition of CIGAC will be held.
