Registration is now open for the First International Congress of Hunting Gastronomy, CIGAC, which will take place on November 19 and 20 at the Palacio de los Condes de Valdeparaíso de Almagro, located in the province of Ciudad Real. This event will bring together the best Michelin-starred chefs in the world specializing in haute game cuisine, as well as other prominent figures in this sector.
