Journalist and food critic. He has produced, directed and presented for seven years the gastronomy program “Maestros de los Fogones” on Tele Gijón. Since 1992 he has been a regular contributor to Grupo Gourmets (Gourmetour Guide and correspondent for Club de Gourmets magazine). He has also collaborated with Restauradores magazine, Gastronostrum Magazine and La Luna de Metrópoli of the newspaper El Mundo. A writer and lecturer, Sánchez has received numerous gastronomic awards throughout his career.
