He heads the restaurant Iván Cerdeño-Cigarral del Ángel, located in Toledo, recognised with two Michelin stars and with three suns in the Repsol Guide and 3Ms in the Metropoli Guide. Winner of the National Hospitality Award for Innovation, among other awards, his cuisine is based on his culinary memory and the environment, the result of the evolution of his knowledge of the traditional recipes of central Spain inherited from his mother and his time in some of the best restaurants in the world.
